Prepare report of act, rules and directives
Execute duties as directed in the administrative gazette
Seek legal advice
Hearing and resolution of disputes related to election
Propose protest on election related issues and raise discussions
Register political groups, according to the prevalent political polarization
Implement and supervise the election code of conduct and take action against those guilty for breaching it.
Take up full responsibility of managing on-campus duties of the staff involved in the conduction of elections.
Be attentive to the improvement of elections laws at all times and bring suggestions from different fields to commission's attention.
Execute any other duties related to the legal debate
Place request with training department in case of requirement for training on legal development.
Lend legal advice in cases of debate or procedural complications at the time of elections
