Equipped with a good collection of publications and reference materials on evolution of democracy and championing of elections in Nepal and abroad, the Library is an integral part of the EEIC and the Election Commission.

With a target of meeting the needs of potential users who are interested to learn and conduct research in the areas of democracy, elections and related political science and governance issues, the Library is equipped with a wide range of reference collections such as: Democracy, Governance, E-Governance, Gender, Political Science, Civic Education, Election, Electoral System, Voter Education, Nepal Political History, World Political History, Federalism, Decentralization, Women in Politics/Power, International Affairs, Foreign Relations, Peace Process, Peace Keeping and Arbitration, War and Conflict, Conflict Resolution, Political Parties, etc.
